The 2012 European Conference: Recap

The AESC's 16th annual European conference focused on diversity, one of the most widely debated topics in the business particularly in the issue of women on boards. The conference looked at ways in which the executive search industry can better address the diversity issue as well as the broader implications of how diversity impacts corporate management in general.
